3. Our team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours.
4. After receiving back the product for replacement, our experts will re-check the claim of the product.
5. If the product clears the quality check, we will further proceed with a replacement on the same payment.

It is advisable to only do the dry-cleaning process. We strictly prohibit using washing machines or hand washing as they can tamper with the quality of the product.
The product quality check is done through experts but the colour may slightly vary as the pictures demonstrate on the website due to the screen and lighting used on models during the shoots.
