Pls Note: Online Orders Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged In Stores

 

Your Items Are Eligible For Exchange If It Meets The Following Conditions:

 

-In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, the company should be notified within 48 hours of Delivery. We might request you to share the snapshot/unboxing video of the damaged product at info@sindhgroup.in or Whatsapp at +91 8400520003.

 

-We do offer size exchanges *subject to availability. If the size desired is not available, we will issue a coupon code of the same value which will be valid for next six months for your usage.

-If you are not happy with the product you received, we will issue a coupon code of the same value which will be valid for next six months for your usage.

Process:

 

Step 1: If your product is eligible for an exchange, please inform us within 48hrs of the delivery and initiate the request by sending us an unboxing video and photos of the product at info@sindhfashions.com. Please mention the mail subject as ‘ EXCHANGE REQUEST’ with clearly stating the reason for exchange. 

 

Step 2: You will receive an update within 48hrs of the initiated request.If the product is eligible for an exchange, we will arrange a pick up for the same with our trusted courier partner. ( All charges will be borne by us) Please note: Product must be unused and with complete original tags.

 

Step 3: The exchange process usually takes about 7-10 business working days depending on the city.

 

Step 4: Once the product is received at our warehouse, a quality check will be run by our team. Sindh Fashions reserves the right to inspect the product before processing a refund.

 

Step 5: Once the product passes the quality check, we will process ahead with the reason stated for an exchange.

Coupon Code Policy

 

The coupon code is shared via email on the registered email id at the time of account creation.

 

The coupon code is only valid for online store purchase

 

Coupon code will be valid for 6 months only from the date of your purchase, please make sure to use it before it expires.
